Occupancy rate depends on many factors. The amount of vacation homes in Central Florida is not comparable to, for example, North Carolina. There is much more competition here. We do everything we can in terms of rates, but also advice with regard to furnishing, looks and advertising to make your home a success.
It is possible to make bookings yourself. However, our experience is that we have the fewest problems with bookings that we have placed ourselves. Most of our clients leave the entire management including bookings to us.
