Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath one-story Villa located in the gated resort community of Aviana; sleeps up to 8 guests. This home provides everything you need for the perfect family vacation/holiday including a pool, spa, and game room. Aviana resort is close enough to all the action of Orlando and its theme parks yet still offers a relaxing retreat. The space The house has both a living room and separate family room so there is plenty of room for everyone. Also there is both a formal dining room and eat-in kitchen. There is a high chair and Pack 'n Play for young children at the property. the game room has a pool table, foosball, and air hockey table. Each bedroom has its own TV with ROKU. There is a washer and dryer in the house. Beautiful pool and spa, that can be heated for an extra cost. The resort of Aviana has a host of facilities for guests to use, including a heated pool, clubhouse, fishing lake and well equipped gym.
