This professionally furnished and decorated 3116 sq ft former show villa offers the comfort, convenience, and space that will make your holiday a breeze to enjoy. On the first floor you will find an open floor plan featuring a beautiful seating area with leather sofa's and a large flatscreen TV, you can access the pool deck through the sliding doors. The large dining table is located in the same room as well as the large and very well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and barstools.There are two bedrooms located on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and is located at the front of the house. In the hallway you'll find the bathroom with in tub shower, vanity and toilet. The first master bedroom is located at the back of the house and has a King bed and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and toilet. This bathroom gives access to the pool deck.The pool and spa are south-facing and fully enclosed so you'll have a lot of privacy, under the lanai there's a seating area with a beautiful patio dining-set.On the second floor there's a second seating area with a large flatscreen TV and Playstation. Bedroom 3 is the second master with a king bed, large closet and en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 4 has two Full beds with a night stand, the bathroom is located in the hallway and has an in tub shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed (1 Full and 1 Twin) and is very tastefully decorated in Harry Potter style. The last bathroom is located on the opposite side and has an in tub shower, vanity and separate toilet.Last but not least there's a Star Wars inspired games room on the first floor with a foosball table and air hockey as well as a TV and a seating area.
