Welcome to this stunning and modern 4 bed 3 bath villa with professionally designed interior.


The villa has two living rooms with very comfortable couches, the main living room has a large 65" flatscreen TV and a Bose Sound System with bluetooth connectivity. The luxury kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you can think of! Next to the kitchen you'll find the beautiful dining area on one side and a breakfast corner on the other side.

The first Master bedroom has a large King bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, separate toilet and double vanity. This room has access to the pool deck. The 2nd Master bedroom also has a large King bed and bathroom with in tub shower, toilet and vanity. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twins in Disney theme. Next to the twins room there's a bathroom in Mickey Mouse style with in tub shower, vanity and toilet. There's also a step stool for our small guests. Each bedroom has a large flatscreen TV. All TV's have access to Hulu+ Live TV and Disney+.

The private pool has conservation view and an extra deep pool deck which is south west facing and has a covered lanai with plenty of seating.

Last but not least: an amazing games room with 3 real Arcade games, pool table, foosball and air hockey.

The use of all amenities on Solterra such as the Gym, Large community pool, lazy river and tennis court is included. We provide a Weber grill but changing propane and cleaning is the guest's responsibility. Refill propane is available at Walgreens, Publix and Walmart.

Ron and Monique's vacation home in this community close to Disney World is an absolute must stay. Everything about our stay was perfect and Ron and Monique were very welcoming and quick and great with communication. The home offers everything you need (and then some) and is fully stocked with many of the essentials you'll need as well. The pool area in the home is clean and also has many fun pool toys ready for use. The resort community itself is also great, the lazy river was a favorite for us. Our family can't wait to come back again soon and stay here again. Very few (if any) places will ever top this stay.

We can not overstate how impressed we were by this home. The owners, Ron and Monique, obviously take pride in and care for their home to ensure that guest feel every comfort. It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. There are many added touches and extra amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The game room was an instant hit with the young ones (and older as well). The clean and inviting pool was welcoming and relaxing and we spent much time there. As previous reviews state, the website pictures don't do it justice, and the home is far nicer than the pictures show. I enjoyed meeting Monique, who came by to check that we were settled in ok. She graciously tended to a few of our requests (with Ron's assistance) and she even had time to find a screw driver and help my six year old install batteries in his lego train. This is one vacation we definitely did not want to end. We hope to visit again soon.

Loved absolutely everything about this property. Super clean, roomy, every gadget, appliance, accessory, you name it, they have it. The game room was awesome and the screened in pool was the cherry on top to it all. I loved this home and would highly recommend it. I also met one of the owners, Monique, and she was the sweetest! Can't wait to rent again.

This villa is perfect! It’s super clean, beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you can think or need! The games room was loved by all of us a perfect chill out after long busy days. Communication with the owner was excellent. This villa really made our holiday even more magical. Totally stress free. Would stay here again!

Dear Ron and Monique, Thank you for the amazing stay in your villa! The villa was gorgeous, spotless, comfortable and felt like home (with perks :) ). It was great meeting you both! We enjoyed everything! The house was fully equipped and anyone can see that a lot of thought and love was put into it! The renting of the villa couldn’t have been easier, and Ron and Monique were on hand to assist as required. The villa is fantastic, beautifully decorated, fantastic kitchen, great bathrooms and a fantastic pool. When we come back to Orlando this will be the place we’ll stay, we as long as there is availability.
