This charming and beautiful townhouse is renovated in March 2023 . New living room furniture with a sleeping sofa, freshly painted interior, new decoration and new TV's in the living room and every bedroom. Layout : Living room with sleeping sofa and 65 Inch flat screen, half bathroom, open kitchen with stainless appliances and dining table with 8 chairs. Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has a shower stall, toilet and vanity and is located in the hallway between the twin and the master bedroom. Outside on the patio you'll find two loungers, a dining set and a hot-tub. The heating and use of the hot tub is included in your stay. The patio is not overlooked and has conservation view. The house is centrally located. There are multiple backroads that lead to Disney which is literally only about 4.5 miles away. Around the corner of this property you'll find the world famous US192 with tons of restaurants, souvenir shops and other getaways.

The quiet and gated resort has an onsite guard. There is free street parking for our guests. The resort itself provides 2 large resort pools, one with a zero level entry, a large spa, a gym, a small restaurants to get a little bite and a beautiful lake with a nice trail.
