This modern luxury 2 story villa offers a spacious 2400sq/ft of living space for up to 10 guests. It is situated in the renowned gated community of Providence Golf and Country Club in Davenport, just a 20 minute drive to Disney and everything that Orlando has to offer. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms: on the first floor you'll find a Queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. On the second floor there are two master King bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet. The last two bedrooms both have two twin beds, between these rooms there's a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower, toilet and two separate vanities. All the bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The modern white kitchen offers everything you need, there's also a large pantry. The living room is very spacious, has a large corner sofa and a large flatscreen TV, the dining table is located next to the sliding door to the covered lanai with outdoor furniture and pool deck with recently renewed lounge chairs. On the pool deck you'll also find a bathroom with toilet and vanity.Lastly, in the games room you'll find a pool table, air hockey and foosball table to entertain the whole family.
