We are Ron and Monique Biegelaar, enterprising forties from the Netherlands and just like you in love with Florida but also like you own property in Florida.

We are well aware that we only have one chance to leave a first impression on you and your guests as your Florida ambassador. Our goal is to let you experience our friendly and professional service in the hope that you will then share this experience with your friends and acquaintances. Our slogan also applies: "Is something wrong tell us, is it good tell others!". We try to combine the Dutch values ​​we have been brought up with Southern Hospitality.

Choosing a management company can be quite a task, because you put your investment in the hands of others. Entrepreneurship has been poured into us with the famous ladle. We have had a very successful medical wholesaler in the Netherlands for 20 years and were known for our know-how, our personal approach combined with excellent customer service. We try to project all this onto our property management. As mentioned before: we are, just like you, owners of rental properties in Florida and know from our own (negative) experiences how we don't want to be treated as guests!

Together wit you as the property owner we can look into ways to advertise your house.  We advertise on our own website and Facebook page but we have also lots of different agencies and well-known booking sites where we work with. We offer your guests a wide range of services such as welcome packages. The rental of child seats / chairs, barbecues, baby boxes can also be arranged by us.

If you are not satisfied with the number of bookings that you generate, we're more than happy to look with you at possibilities to make your house more attractive. Think, for example, of making tasteful photos that we can produce for you or perhaps change something in the color scheme or the interior of your villa so that it does stand out from the rest of the competition!

We advertise your property on multiple sites and work with State of the Art systems to get you the best possible exposure and revenue.
